Join a growing OB/GYN group in a bedroom community to Chicago. There are 2 OB/GYN generalist opportunities within the physician-led health system, hospital and medical group and both practices admit to a 357-bed non-profit, teaching hospital with a level II NIC and 14 modern surgical suites and a state of the art da Vinci suite. The hospital averages 2000 deliveries annually and is currently undergoing a 130 million dollar expansion project which includes a 4 story Women’s and Children’s Hospital with a Level III NICU. The expansion is due to be completed in 2021. The hospital is academically affiliated.
There are 2 groups and both would be interested in adding a physician, 1 group has a 1:4 call M-Thurs. They deliver their own babies (unless scheduled out) and they share call with 2 other groups for Fri-Sun call of 1:10. The other group has a 1:5 call M-Th and share weekend call of 1:10.
The groups do a healthy mix of OB and GYN. They also perform multiple in-office procedures. Excellent benefits package include an average to above average MGMA salary with RVU and tail coverage.
