Well-established private GYN practice is looking to add an additional GYN physician with UroGyn or MIS training. This group is booked 6-8 weeks out and physicians average 15-20 patients daily and work schedule consists of an average of 2 days of surgery and 3 days of office weekly. The practice focuses on the evaluation and treatment of female pelvic floor disorders, including urinary and fecal incontinence, recurrent urinary tract infections, painful bladder syndromes and pelvic organ prolapse. The new hire will have an academic appointment and be involved in the resident training. They are part of a larger physician network and therefore receive a lot of their GYN referrals. Being affiliated with this larger group helps with negotiating higher reimbursements and lower malpractice rates. They handle all of the administrative responsibilities and allow the physicians to practice medicine unencumbered by the financial haggling and paperwork that accompanies practicing medicine. They are looking for someone with experience and training in either UroGyn or MIGS and fellowship training in either and proficiency in Spanish would be IDEAL. They would also consider a physician who wanted to focus on GYN. Their offer includes a generous salary and benefits package and great long-term potential.
