Well- established 34 year old private practice with 5 full time physicians and 1 one part time NP seeks OBGYN physician. A typical work week includes 3-4 days in office seeing patients which varies depending on surgery days, 1 day in Surgery and 1 day taking call with half day off post call. Physicians enjoy call schedule of 1 in 4, 1 day during the week and 1 weekend per month,. Providers average 20-30-patient daily and group does 50/50 OB to GYN ratio. Physicians do Leep, hysteroscopy, colposcopy and there is Ultrasound and tech in office. All administrative responsibilities such as Billing and Prior Authorizations are handled by the Office Manager and the front office. The practice has a fully updated and has a beautiful office with brand new state-of-the –art equipment and EMR, all of which are provided in-house. Ideal candidate will be interested in a generalist position with some access to high risk OB. New hire will be mentored and Robotics training will be provided. All new patients are divided equally; they are assigned to whomever is on-call that day. All OB collections are pooled and then divided equally by 4 and the Gyn is individual productivity only. This is an Income Guarantee model with Relocation Agreement (offered from hospital) includes year 1 income guarantee (based on MGMA guidelines), sign-on bonus, relocation expenses, malpractice and partnership track after the 1st year.
